7-FIGURE ECOM FOUNDERS

Build a Product Business so Good,
it Doesn't Need You.

Not by working harder.

Not by hiring your way out of it.
But by fixing the parts of your business that you haven't built to run without you.... yet.

Right now, your business is successful because of You.

You didn't get here by accident. You've built a 7-figure business. You've got the revenue, the team, the customers, but it all depends on you to keep going.

Decisions you wish someone else would make, still end up back on your desk. Problems you thought you'd outgrown, still find their way to you to solve. And you've tried the fixes the podcasts and books talk about, structured meetings, clearer accountability, a better hire, team bonding lunches, and none of it's changed a thing.

That's the pattern almost every product founder hits once they hit 7-figures. Most problems end up looking like people problems, so you go looking for a people fix. But the team isn't the reason decisions keep funnelling back to you or those problems keep popping back up, the business was built that way, back when you were smaller and it was the fastest path forward. Being the one who made every call is what got you here. It's also exactly what will slow your next stage of growth.

That's what She's a CEO shows you: how to build the systems your business needs to stop depending on you, and the performance systems your team needs so they don't need you to perform.

You don't get this back through more effort or hustle. You need a business that was built to work without you standing in the middle of it, so you can take the trip, take the day off, take the appointment you'd normally cancel, and none of it falls over while you're gone.

How you build a business so good, it doesn't need you

WHAT YOUR PRODUCT BUSINESS NEEDS TO MASTER AS YOUR REVENUE GROWS

What got you from $0 to $1M won't get you past $5M. Every stage your business needs you to focus on something different. When you don't give your business that, it uses you to grow instead. Once you've established demand, a focus on systems and people is how your build a business that doesn't rely on you.

I've spent almost 20 years building product businesses, my own and alongside founders at brands like IRONMAN, Kmart, Officeworks and Bydee Australia.

For a lot of those years in my own business, I was the reason those businesses ran and grew. The one making the calls, catching the fires, holding it together because I was the fastest, most capable person in the room and willing to work as many hours as it took. And I wore it as a badge of honour.

It took me a long time to realise that isn't good business. It's just a business that hasn't been built properly yet.

Outside of work, I'm a keen trail runner, hiker and mountain biker, mum to two young adults, and travel enthusiast, which is probably part of why I care so much about founders having time for their life, not just their business, because it's something I never managed to achieve until a lot later in my own journey.

These days I have both. I'm passionate about showing you the systems that let a business run without depending on you, so you can have both too.
