The CEO Channel – Terms & Conditions

By joining The CEO Channel, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Nature of Support

The CEO Channel provides strategic leadership support and feedback in response to team, delegation, hiring, and performance-related challenges inside your business. This includes:

  • Review and response to submitted team/leadership scenarios

  • Personalised strategic guidance based on your submission

  • Where appropriate, general resources or frameworks may be shared at the discretion of the provider

This is not a coaching container.

The CEO Channel is a private leadership advisory space. While your submissions will receive a direct response weekly, real-time back-and-forth communication is not guaranteed.

2. Scope of Topics

This service strictly excludes the following areas:

  • Legal advice or commentary on contracts, compliance, disputes, or employment law

  • Mental health-related topics including emotional wellbeing, personal trauma, or workplace psychological support

  • HR-level conflict resolution where legal or therapeutic input may be required

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support for any issue that falls outside the leadership strategy scope.

3. Format of Delivery

  • All communication is conducted via a private group Telegram channel.

  • Feedback is delivered once weekly on Tuesdays.

  • Submissions may be sent at any time; however, responses will follow the weekly schedule.

4. Resource Sharing

While relevant resources, frameworks, or tools may be shared when helpful, this is not a guaranteed feature of the offer.

Resources are provided at the discretion of the provider based on the nature of the question submitted.

5. Confidentiality

All scenarios shared will be treated with discretion and professionalism. However, this is not a legally confidential or protected advisory service. Avoid submitting any information that is legally sensitive or protected by NDAs unless you have clearance to do so.

6. Payment & Cancellation

  • Investment is $199/month

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months

  • After 3 months, you may cancel at any time

  • No refunds are provided for previously paid periods

7. Participation Expectations

You are responsible for submitting your own questions and scenarios. No guarantees are made about business outcomes, team performance, or measurable growth.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By joining The CEO Channel and submitting any form of communication within the channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and limitations.
